Welcome to my site and to Compass!! Thank you for dropping by. I live in Manassas VA with my husband and three beautiful children, ages 14 - 19. Yes - three teenagers, and Compass has given me tools that will even help with teens!!

I have a burden to reach women and teens, to see them find and fulfill their authentic selves and to ensure that young women get a strong foundation to start and sustain them.
