Successful Completion of Program
Upon the successful completion of this six month program you will;
- Receive a Compass Coach Team Certificate,
- Receive a Compass Coach Team Leader Designation,
- Be assigned a coaching territory for development,
- Be enrolled in our leader training program (with no additional cost to you).
- Be assigned a Compass Coach Mentor to support you with the development of your market.
- Be provided with on-line technology, content, and marketing tools to support your group development,
- Be supported with promotional opportunities to support your group development, and
- Be profiled as a group leader on www.compasslifedesigns.com,

Confidentiality –The content of all coaching sessions and meetings should be held in strict confidence.
Coaching integrity - Keep to facilitating, coaching with permission – not therapy, financial advice, etc.
Payment – all group coaching clients register and pay through Compass either by the client registering online or on paper that you fax in to Compass.
Conflict of interest – no other group coaching sessions, w/o prior written consent
Solicitation - No soliciting for other MLMs, No soliciting of cross-line clients/reps/coaches
Proprietary – AQ methodology is copyrighted – to be used with your Compass Groups, and not shared with coaches outside of the Compass community. Content is only to be used when acting as a Compass Coach. (not even 1-1). The methodology has been designed specifically, and narrowly to fit our 20 day program. Limitation of liability –
You acknowledge that successful completion of this program does not in any way guarantee the successful development of a Remodel Your Reality™ Coaching Group, nor does it guarantee any amount of income. While Compass will provide you with the training, support, and tools necessary to develop your local group, successful enrollment of members will ultimately depend on your ability to raise awareness and attract members in your area.
You acknowledge that you understand that Compass is not an employment agency, psychotherapist, counselor, financial analyst or business manager. You understand and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the results that are achieved through this program.
Insurance Requirements – at least $1M E&O insurance. May also elect to have liability insurance.
Core Competencies – required to go through the training to get to the next level of bonus
