About Me

I am a certified relationship and life coach, trainer, motivational speaker, and owner of Living Authentically You! As a single mother of 2 (19 and 10) I am very familiar with the challenges in life that sometimes leave us feeling lost. I have the desire to challenge and support my family, friends and clients in making their dreams come true in spite of lifes uncertainty and because of our capacity for greatness!

Living Authentically You! is a coaching and media company that focuses on empowering our community through self love, education, and building strong relationships. I understand that the most important relationship to master is the one we have with ourselves!
