Welcome from Tony Lawlor
I am the oldest of 5 boys. I grew up on the south side of Chicago in some of the roughest neighborhoods and I overcame them. Purpose driven, I was determined not to be a statistic and I wanted do something positive with my life.
Therefore, I ended up as co-founder and Associate Director of a non-profit organization called SYESA (prounounced See-Saw) which stands for Struggling Youth Equals Successful Adults (www.SYESA.com). SYESA is all about keeping youth/young adults connected to resources until they are 25 years old.
In my spare time you can find me at Toastmasters clubs where I am enhancing my motivational speaking skills. These skills earned me a chance to be the keynote speaker for youth summits, scholarship banquets and church events.
I thank God for creating me and allowing me to get through all of my trials and tribulations because they made me the person that I am today.
I know that I'm not perfect and never will be until I'm in heaven. However, I will strive each day to become more Christ like. One way I will do this is by forgiving all those who have hurt me. Second I promise to show love to everyone even my enemies.
