There’s no doubt that over the past few years everyone’s life has changed. People are going through transitions everyday to improve their lives and some to merely survive. Most people have lost or changed their profession and some started home businesses or became marketing affiliates for programs that promise a six digit income. Self development and learning new or honing old skills is usually very time consuming and expensive. I have trained 1000’s of people in the restaurant business for over 35 years. In the restaurant business you need to train sales skills, time management, communication, technical, and social interaction. My personal training and development includes 100’s of hours in seminars and boot camps throughout the country and the development, writing and testing of training materials for various restaurant companies. This experience, knowledge and skill sets have been transformed into a passion to help develop people.
