Carla received her coaching certification from the Coaching From Spirit Institute and maintains a private coaching practice in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Through her practice she has assisted female executives, project managers, Government officials and professional consultants, by giving them practical ways to discover and pursuit their divine purpose and live their life on purpose.
In addition to developing her private coaching practice, Carla is a Certified Representative with a personal development coaching practice; The Compass Coaching Network. Compass is an organization of women and professional coaches dedicated to helping women pinpoint their direction and create a life they love. Compass also offers spiritual growth coaching and all services are at an affordable price, something near and dear to Carla’s heart. Her motto is “Every woman has within whatever she needs to obtain her goals.” As a success coach, Carla is merely the beacon that shows women how to reach their destiny!

Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is based on the Biblical principle that each one of us has a special purpose in this life. We were each created to carry out a specific mission. Completing our mission is required for the good of our collective existence. Yet, many of us move through life wondering ‘why am I here?’ or; ‘why did I survive?” or “what does God want me to do or be?’ And without satisfying answers to these questions, life’s challenges can be harder to overcome. For example, if you know without a doubt that your special purpose is to design spacecrafts, you do whatever is necessary to obtain the professional training required to do just that! It may mean working fulltime attending classes at night, which can be very taxing. But you do it because you know where the finish-line is and you are clear about the results you are trying to achieve. On the other hand, you may not have a clear vision of your God-given purpose. And if you are like me, you’ve noticed that you can achieve just about any goal that you set out to accomplish. So how do you know you’re on point with your divine purpose or mission? Are you fulfilling your dreams? Or, are you accomplishing a lot of ‘stuff’ because of what others expect of you?
My philosophy is that once you know your purpose and take the initial steps to fulfilling it; you will be greatly supported to the ‘finish line’ and live the life that you were meant to live. And until you reach this point, our coaching programs will help you first, discover your destination and second, guide you on the path to success!
