I am a wife and mother of three. I am the primary caregiver of my mother who is living with ALS. I consider myself a connector of people, places and things. I love seeing growth before my eyes, physically, emotionally, personally, professionally and spiritually. I am here to serve.
I am a Compass certified coach, representative and client. Compass found me in January 2009. Working through my Compass MAPs each month, being coached and even through coaching has increased my self awareness tremendously. Connecting with my authentic self has allowed me to fully play out all the great things in my life without hesitation or incompleteness.
I feel like I am in a great place within myself because I am empowered and inspired as I move forward.
