I am a mom of 4 awesome kids, a wife, a lifecoach, and a lover of nature and Spirit. I love connecting with others, and supporting people through their self-directed transformative process. I am idealistic and believe peace is possible, starting with each of us.

I am so inspired about the Parent as Coach Map. I went through this advanced training with Diana Sterling and have been using this approach with my 4 kids for the last 7 years. It saved me and is still saving my family as we have 3 wonderful teens and a delightful 21 year old.
