Welcome from Lynnis Woods-Mullins

I am married with four daughters ages ranging from 17 to 25.

I have over 25 years experience in Human Resources. I recently made a career change and I am now the Founder and CEO of PraiseWorks a faith based health and wellness organization. We specialize in addressing the holistic needs of the mind, body and spirit. We provide a variety of services including praise dance fitness, yoga, pilates, and health and wellness coaching. We also have an excellent referral service for aromatherapy, message therapy, certified personal training, holistic assessments , chiropractic services, natural skin care. PraiseWorks also has a radio show "The Wellness Journey!" on VoiceAmerica Internet Talk Show Network and "Wellness Wednesday's Minute" on a local station here in Sacramento.

I joined Compass to become a Lifestyle Coach in Health and Wellness and am very excited to be a part of such an amazing group of women.
