Monthly Billing
Compass client memberships and back office fees are billed on the 1st or the 15th of each month. You will be billed on the 1st if your original purchase was made on the 1st-14th of the month and you will be billed on the 15th if your original purchase was made on the 15th through the end of the month.
Upgrades Compass client memberships and back office fees are billed on the 1st or the 15th of each month. You will be billed on the 1st if your upgrade purchase was made on the 1st-14th of the month and you will be billed on the 15th if your upgrade purchase was made on the 15th through the end of the month. Annual Membership Annual Compass client memberships will automatically be changed to monthly billings when annual membership expires. If you do not want to be on a monthly billing cycle, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@mylifecompass.com or 866-341-8618 x0 prior to your membership being charged to cancel. Refunds cannot be offered once monthly billing charges. See refund section for more information regarding membership refunds.
