Welcome from Nancy Grant, PA, SRR, Founding Coach
I’m passionate about helping women step into their power and live a life they love. Whether it’s making more money, leaving a corporate career, or overcoming overwhelm, I’m committed to using my knowledge, talents, and skills to help women live life “their way”. I know that when a woman claims her greatness she not only impacts her own life but becomes a role model for others and helps change the world.
A professional certified coach, facilitator, speaker, and writer who previously spent 19 years in corporate IT, management, and VP for a national bank. I’m grateful for the four careers I’ve had, as I know they’ve each given me unique experiences that serve my clients today.
I’m thankful to be the mother of two daughters, grandmother of several wonderful younger ones, sister to my “older sister”, friend to many dear people, and a native of beautiful Portland, Oregon. Curious, adventurous, and a passion for traveling means my passport is always ready. I love the sun and salt water so am drawn to tropical locations where I can snorkel and scuba dive, but also mix it up with other interesting travels. I’m looking forward to my dream vacation to Africa (likely Kenya or Tanzania & Rwanda), hopefully with my daughter.
Finding Compass in the spring of 2007 was a synchronistic and significant moment for which I’ll always be grateful. I AM COMPASS and below are the top ten reasons I love this company.
1. The avenue to offer affordable coaching that is changing the world
2. It complements my private coaching really well
3. The privilege of helping others thrive by building a successful Compass business
4. The direct income and residual income (great for retirement!)
5. The community of passionate people and the special friendships that have developed
6. The honor and opportunities of being a Presidential Ambassador
7. The beautiful & fun Mercedes Benz I earned ;=)
8. The vision, inspiration, and opportunity to learn from Kim Fulcher, Founder & CEO
9. The corporate culture which is warm, caring, supportive, listens, and celebrates us
10. The fall Compass Conference – it’s always inspiring
