I have been on the Chicago media scene for more than 15 years. I've worked as a producer, on-air personality and correspondent for several nationally recognized radio and TV talk shows.

Most notably, I worked at WVON radio, where I hosted Mo in the Midday, an award-winning talk show which aired from 1997 - 2003. In 2010, I returned to the station to host The Monique Caradine Show every Friday at 9 a.m.

I also host "Perspective," a weekly TV show which airs on FOX-affiliate WPWR My50 Chicago.

In addition to being a TV/radio personality I am also an entrepreneur. I own Momentum Media Group, where I do media coaching and training and independently produce TV & radio programs.

I am a native of Chicago’s South Side, and a long time advocate for women and girls.

I have produced workshops and audio programs designed to inspire women to live bold, fearless and fabulous lives...in fact, I'm writing a book by that same name!

I also have a new audio program called Re:Invention - How to Transform your Mindset and Harness your Power to Attract the Opportunity of your Dreams!

I am happily married to my best friend and we have one son.
