As a Compass Representative and Coach, I am passionate about supporting others in defining and creating their life so it works for them because...I know it is possible.

When I read the book, "Work of Her Own" a collection of stories about women who left their successful yet demanding corporate careers to start their own business, I yearned for the same. I wanted to define my life and work based on who I was and what brought me joy.

My life took a turn and went down a different path when my son, Jason, was born with Down syndrome. My priorities and definition of what was important changed. I learned to appreciate and celebrate the little things in life and my spiritual journey began. It was clear to me - I lost my passion for my career of over 20 years in the IT industry.
