An innovator at heart, Kristi integrates extensive knowledge of the Human Design System into her personal coaching services to guide her clients according to life strategies that are correct for them. She absolutely LOVES her work!

Kristi is extremely proud and grateful for the opportunity to be an Ambassador for Compass. She also serves on the Coach Council, ensuring that Compass programs exceed the expectations of clients and coaches.

Kristi received her PhD, EdM, and DVM from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. A graduate of CoachVille's Graduate School of Coaching, Kristi earned her certified coach professional designation through the International Association of Coaching where she serves on the Board of Governors. Kristi is a Mentor Coach at the School of Coaching Mastery. She completed the Analyst Training Program at the International Human Design School and is certified as a Living Your Design Guide.
