Deborah, an Atlanta native has over 20 years of business experience in various fields, including sales & marketing, life & business coaching, event planning, and real estate.

She is the CEO of Deborah Hardnett International ~ A Business Development Consulting Firm, the Founder of TheProfessionalBlackWoman, and the creator & executive producer of Wealthy Sistas® radio show and Visionary of The Winner's Summit Conference & Expo™.

Deborah's main focus has been to be a student of people. She received her Bachelor's in Sociology with a minor in Anthropology, from Georgia State University, her MBA studies at Keller University with a concentration in Human Resources. She has received numerous civic and private association awards.

Deborah's extensive international travel has helped to develop a great appreciation for all cultures, of which is often reflected in her trainings held worldwide.
