Compass is a life coaching community designed to provide you with articles, programs, services, support and advice to get the results you want in every area of your life.

I have been a stay at home mom for the past twelve years. Before staying home I was a teacher. I even went back to teaching after my first baby was born, and it is because of this experience I am very passionate about not going through the daycare routine again. I encourage any mom who wants to stay home with her children, to follow her heart, downsize, do whatever it takes to make it happen because it is worth it!

Compass has been a wonderful place to connect with other like-minded, positive women. The coaching and personal development programs are top notch and have helped me from improving my health and fitness, to finding balance, energy and increasing my confidence!
