I act as Compass’ primary Client Care Specialist responsible for all customer service issues. I have over 8 years experience in Call Center Customer Service environments. I was a Supervisor of the call center for a multi-million dollar MLM company in AZ before moving to CA to run an internet companies call center. I missed the desert so I found my way back to AZ where I reside with my dog, Vangogh.
