About Me

I am the Founder and Chief Executive of TopView Leadership, an international Personal and Professional Development Company.

A future oriented, accomplished, international business executive with 30 years of leadership and management experience in the United States and Europe, I guide leaders and their teams through successful transitions. Working with women leaders, and drawing on my own experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur, I learned first hand how the power of professional coaching contributes to success, growth, and well being.

Coaching creates a greater awareness of who we are and empowers us to see new possibilities. As a coach I encourage my clients to take action from that awareness and work towards the goals they have set for themselves.

Here are a few more things you may want to know about me. I am a Compass Certified and Enterprise Coach, a Representative, a member of the Coach Council and the Compass Leadership Council, and a graduate of the Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery Program. I am a graduate of Georgetown University's Organizational Development and Change Management Executive Program.

I am a member of the International Coach Federation, IAC, ASTD, The Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, Las Cruces Hispano Chamber of Commerce, and the Las Cruces Mesilla Valley Rotary Club.

I consider myself a world citizen, and I am passionate about breaking down the barriers of intolerance, prejudice, and inhumanity for the greater good of all of us who call this beautiful planet home.
