I am an Executive Pastor at a church in Davie, FL, founder of the Center for Emerging Female Leadership (www.cefl.org), homeschool mom, micro-franchise owner and national columnist for a women's leadership column in a religious social justice magazine. I am also a mom of 2 boys, Sam 12 and DJ 10 (who is special needs)and married almost 20 years to the love of my life (also a pastor). Yes I'm busy!!! But I love encouraging and empowering women I have done it for most of my adult life joining Compass is a way I hope to add value to what I do.
