This year is excitement mixed with anticipation about the plans and the possibilities it will contain. I am loving the times I can touch another life and help that person discover the richness that lies at their fingertips. Time to let go of the branch and fly!

Welcome from Diane Johnston
"It is good to be a seeker, but sooner or later you have to be a finder. And then it is well to give what you have found, a gift unto the world, for whoever will accept it"
Johnathan Livingston Seagull
All my life I have wondered about purpose and passion, direction and truth. In those places where they intersect in my life I feel vibrant, alive and bursting with vitality. I love to draw inspiration from thought leaders in personal development and growth, and have felt that somehow I might be able to find ways to make a real difference in the lives of others. I wanted my life to matter.
I was blessed to grow up on beautiful Whidbey Island in Puget Sound, with one foot in the stirrup and one in the sand.
Countless evenings were swept up in amazing sunset colors reflecting across the bay followed by morning coffee to the call of circling gulls.
I enjoyed (and still do) gardening, boating, fishing, beachcombing, our horses, skiing and just embracing the things of Nature.
Family was and is of utmost importance in my life and friends are treasures that add beauty through the years. With ups and downs, challenges and overcoming...even the "wipe-outs" I am grateful for it all and embrace the ingredients of my life.
When Compass came along for me I discovered during my first month of MAP work and coaching calls that I had found something special and remarkable. At last, an environment where thoughts, ideas, questions and excavating for answers within and feeling that I had been given space to really BE actually exists. I feel enfolded by a community of like-minded and truly amazing women and with that comes a freedom to learn and explore. Another kind of garden.
I'm loving my Compass experience. And yes, I do believe in magic!
