I believe it’s our natural born right to live to our fullest potential, and it drives me nuts when I see millions of women in this world simply living out their lives, having abandoned or permanently tucked away their most treasured dreams and career goals forever, simply because they lack the time, the energy, the motivation and the core beliefs to attain them.
I believe it is my job; my duty, to help as many people as I can to rise up and see their future through a different lens. To step back and gaze at their potential in a more thoughtful, calm manner, free of distractions, obstacles and negativity that can infect their most passionate ambitions. Your business and career growth can come to you easier and faster than you think.
Throughout my career path, no matter what job I was doing, my mantra has always been to work with people’s current resources and leverage them in a way that works best for their unique situation.
Then I have a knack for finding additional tools and resources to make their life and work easier instead of harder. It doesn’t have to be a struggle to be successful. So my job, as a coach and consultant, has always been one of altering the ingrained mindsets, attitudes and limiting beliefs.
I’m all about practicality as a coach. My strategy and approach is more down to earth, more results driven and less esoteric than other coaches.

Independent practitioner specializing in business, leadership, and career coaching and career development.
Working with a broad range of clients, seeking assistance with career exploration, updated personal marketing materials, a targeted career search strategy, interview preparation, as well as coaching for career transition. I have a special interest in seeing clients get their desired career results with less stress, using proven resources and tools. I also serve as a resource for organizations interested in talent and organizational development and coaching for their executives and new frontline leaders.

• Coached and advised more than 200 clients.
• Assist all types of job-seekers, from teens to midlife career changers, achieve career success and fulfillment.
• Deliver solid advice and coaching on a wide variety of career development issues ranging from translating skills into a new industry, developing new skills for promotion possibilities, starting a new business.
• Facilitate the development of education, career, and job-search goals and action plans.
• Guide self-discovery, career interests, self-marketing techniques, job-search skills, and career opportunities.
• Mentor and develop new coaches as they being their own coaching practices
