We believe strongly in the power of coaching to help women reconnect with themselves – who they really are, what they want out of life, and how they can get there. Compass Cares is a program designed to help all women take advantage of the opportunity to be part of the Compass Community. We want to continue to impact the world and make it a better place one person or purpose at a time.

Think of the possibilities! A nonprofit organization can share the gift of Compass and generate revenue on behalf of their mission. Compass will waive the Representative fee for any Nonprofit organization that signs up as a Compass Independent Representative.
