Kristi Arndt – Founding Member
Kristi Arndt is a committed leader devoted to help steer the future direction of the coaching profession. She serves on the Board of Governors Executive Committee of the International Association of Coaching (IAC). As a certified professional coach through the IAC and graduate of CoachVille, Kristi became a mentor coach at the School of Coaching Mastery. She's also a certified professional through the International Human Design School. At Compass, Kristi is a founding team coach, ambassador and coach council founding member. She earned her PhD, EdM, and DVM from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kristi brings fifteen years of professional experience in secondary and higher education settings including roles as a university learning center director and faculty development coordinator at a veterinary school. She led curricular reform efforts to implement problem-based learning (PBL), a coach-like model and philosophy based on learner-centered inquiry to resolve real life scenarios in small group settings facilitated by teachers trained to probe students' understanding by asking questions rather than providing answers.
Sam Moran – Founding Member
Sam Moran, a native of El Salvador, started as a coach when he was in high school and junior college, acting as an advisor and coach to the incoming and junior students. After moving to the US he continued his studies in several areas and completed his BA in management and information systems. Sam received his Professional Coaching Certification from ‘The Centre for Professional Coaching”. He is certified as a hypnotherapist by the “Knights Bridges Institute”, and he also received his NLP certification from “Interactive NLP”.
Sam continued developing his coaching skills while working as a manager of a manufacturing plant, where he coached and directed his employees in work and life related issues. After eighteen years in the corporate world Sam became a mortgage coach and worked as an educator and coach in the field. Sam's most current work includes working with Real Estate and Mortgage professionals to enhance their personal and business lives.
Nancy Feth
Nancy Feth, BFA, CPCC, ORSCC is passionate about relationships. Her work with individuals, couples, business partnerships and teams is centered on the premise that authentic connection is not only possible, but highly achievable. When conflict arises, it is embraced with compassion and through awareness can be transformed to opportunity. Nancy brings a background in product development, sales and marketing to Compass with highly specialized skills in coaching. Her training with the Coaches Training Institute, The Center for Right Relationship, Team Coaching International, The Center for Transformational Presence and the Abundance Intelligence Institute inform her work. Clients served range from international organizations to small businesses and entrepreneurial ventures.
Jennifer Weggeman – Founding Member
Jennifer is the author of A Month of Sundays, Volume One: 30 Inspirational Affirmations written in the Language of Spirit. She is currently an instructor for DePaul and Benedictine Universities teaching courses on career success skills and leadership strategies for effective organizations. Jennifer received her Master of Arts degree from DePaul University at the School for New Learning with a focus area on Coaching and Leading Groups to Design and Develop Programs, Products and Packages to Sell. She holds a B.S. from Western Michigan University including participation in the International Studies Program at Oxford University, England.
Coach Jenn has specialized experience in the areas of marketing, transformational coaching, spiritual psychology, instructional design, social media, financial operations, project management and customer service. Her professional background includes working with a large network of executive leaders in corporate, government, not for profit and entrepreneurial organizations for over 25 years.
Elke Wunderlich
Elke Wunderlich is the Founder and Chief Executive of TopView Leadership, an international Personal and Professional Development Company.
A highly regarded Executive Coach, Ms. Wunderlich is mentoring senior leaders and their teams, guiding them through successful transitions. She advised senior executives and their teams in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Poland and Brazil, and is currently coaching and mentoring executives and their teams in medium and large private- and public sector organizations in the United States. During her 30 year career in Financial Services and Management Consulting, Ms. Wunderlich held senior leadership positions at Bank of America/ Security Pacific Bank and American Management Systems, now CGI.
She is a graduate of the Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery Program, the Executive Program in Organizational Development and Change Management at Georgetown University and a Certified Compass Coach.
Christine Stiller
Christine Stiller is a seasoned Organizational & Leadership Development professional who left the corporate world in 2005 to serve individual and corporate clients as owner of New Horizons Coaching & Consulting. Individual clients looking for job re-employment, career advancement or better work life balance find Christine’s style insightful and inspiring yet practical. Christine’s coaching and consulting services are contracted by numerous organizations including an organizational performance consulting firm, two national outplacement organizations and an executive coaching firm. In 2007 Christine was selected by the ICF for a project to coach leaders at the United Nations. In addition, Christine was selected, out of hundreds of coaches, to serve as a corporate coach for the Compass Best Buy pilot (2010). In addition to her certifications in Human Resources Management and Training & Development, Christine is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach (PCC). Christine also holds the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation (Canada) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
Vera Cornish
Vera Cornish is president of Cornish & Associates Inc. Vera is known for providing strategic coaching and consultation services that meet the needs of corporations, government entities and non-profit organizations. Her client base has included Mellon Bank, The Hershey Company, Highmark Blue Shield and the Milton Hershey School. Vera was selected to co-design three healthcare and diversity curriculums on behalf of Penn State University and the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. Currently her primary focus is meeting the needs of women in the workplace and providing solution based coaching services in relation to work-life-balance. Her presentations have been selected by the 2010 Pennsylvania Governor’s Conference For Women, Women Leading Women; a women’s conference for the Hershey entities, the Women’s Leadership Conference for Giant Foods and the Business Women’s Forum. Based on focus groups with women in corporations Vera developed Work-Life-Balance: Real People-Real Solutions™ a retreat that offers the opportunity for women to experience solution based coaching. Three such retreats were sponsored by Capital Blue Cross. Vera Cornish currently serves as a commissioner on the Pennsylvania Governors Commission for Women.
Deborah Vereen
Deborah D. Vereen is renowned as an Organizational Effectiveness Strategist with twenty years of experience in designing and implementing diversity initiatives, training, and inclusionary processes in a business setting. She is committed to assisting corporations, organizations and executives in formulating systemic change strategies in the areas of Diversity and Inclusion. Deborah is a certified master trainer and facilitator whose areas of expertise comprise Strategic Planning, Leadership Coaching, D&I Training, Mentoring, Holistic Recruitment (Retention), Community Engagement, and Diversity Metrics, Reporting & Analytics. She is one of a select few in the nation who has earned the unique credential status of CCDP/AP (Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner) from Cornell University.
