About Me

My greatest joy comes from watching people transform to the next positive level in life mentally, spiritually, physically and financially.

I feel like one big energy ball when I'm around others who are positive, professional and progressive in their vision of helping the world remove the veil and see what is possible in this journey we call life.

As a fitness trainer and nutritionist with a concentration on a vegetarian lifestyle, I understand the process that it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Just like millions of other people, I learned that my life was worth more to me than my struggle with food.
