Hello, Beautiful. My name is Randee and I am a Compass Certified Coach. I help women help themselves. How? Let's play a game of Show & Tell and I'll coach you through it.
Think of a specific challenge in your life right now and write it down. Now, let's move through the four-step process of Abundance Intelligence:
1) See It
See your challenge as it currently is and see your solution of what could be. Write both down side-by-side; what is VS what could be. Now, look at the opportunities in front of you and next the barriers so that you can work through them.
2) Own It
Next, own what is true for you and your role in creating what you want. What are you insisting to be true for you? What are you resisting? Own the game of tug-of-war you are playing with yourself. Then...own your commitment to do what you CAN do and stop focusing on what you CAN'T do.
3) Live It
What kind of consistent action can you take to be a solution to your own problem? Write down these action steps. Put it on paper and on your calendar so that you can make daily choices that reinforce who you really are and what you really want.
4) Be It
Connect to who you really are by showing up for yourself each and every day to do what you CAN do consistently. Then you will be the person you really are with greater and greater frequency.
