Compass Coach Hiatus/Cancellation

Coaches going on an extended hiatus (not running a group in the current month and/or future months), vacations, or cancelling, must contact Customer Service to alert them of their inactivity. Coaches will be removed from the signup option until Customer Service is alerted to change status back to active. This will avoid new clients from choosing you when you are not actively coaching and running groups. Coaches with clients in their group must assist clients in moving to another coach and alert Customer Service so that clients may be officially moved in the system to allow for proper commissions to be calculated and paid. This action should be taken in the month prior to hiatus/cancellation to allow clients to participate in all of their groups in the month(s) you will be inactive.

Compass will determine, based on the length of your hiatus, if you may be required to retake the Compass 4-week Certification Training.
