About Me
You can substitute “entrepreneurs” with leaders, small business owners, professionals, even stay at home parents. Not having clear goals and plans is a lot like wearing glasses with foggy lenses - we're not really sure what's in front of us. My goal is to inspire and empower people to identify what they are passionate about and clarify their goals so they can spend their attention, time, energy, and financial resources on what really matters.
The “what really matters” is unique to every individual. When we work together, we build a vision, plan and action steps that empower and motivate you to achieve your specific goals .. while enjoying the journey along the way. At the end of the day, isn’t that were the fun really is?
Throughout my personal journey, I have had many roles. I am a mother, a daughter, a wife, a sister, a friend, an entrepreneur, a direct sales professional, a cancer survivor, and a professional coach.
I’ve experienced the challenges of working in corporate America, the scariness in being in transition (also commonly known as unemployed), and struggles and joys of being a stay-at-home-mom.
There are probably more. What I know to be true is that all of these experiences, even those that were difficult to smile through, shaped me into who I am today and discover my true passion for helping people get “unstuck” and connect their purpose and passion to their everyday lives.
COMPASS gives me the opportunity to combine my corporate background, entrepreneurism, life experience and passion for making a difference in the lives of others.

Kim Keefe Pisolkar, SPHR, CPC, ELI-MP is the owner of Achieve It Inc, a business, corporate and life coaching practice based in northern New Jersey. Kim combines her coach training with 13+ years corporate business experience, 8 years of business development and broad Human Resources expertise to help individuals define and clarify goals and objectives, and develop strategies to close the gap between their current situations and where they would like to be in the future.
Kim holds a B.S. and M.A. in Human Resources Management, is a certified professional coach, certified organization development practitioner, a certified Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner.
