I am a life and career coach who is passionate about helping people design their BEST lives. When you come to a point in your life where you know something needs to change I help my clients gain clarity, discover their true potential and set/achieve goals to help live their best life. Through a journey of self-discovery together we design a plan of action that will improve performance in both your professional and personal life.
Professionally, I have been helping people design their best life for over 12 years. I have worked as an employment specialist, counselor and manager designing plans to help overcome career difficulties and assisting individuals to get their life back on track. I have two masters degree’s one in Counseling and the other in Organizational Management. The information gained from both my experience and education has been instrumental in helping people design a life that works for them.
Personally, I am a mother to two beautiful little girls. Even though my days are crazy busy juggling the demands of motherhood and running my own business I am at a point in my life where I can honestly say I am now living AUTHENTICALLY! However, it has not always been this way. After having children I struggled with my new role and was determined to still hold on to my old life.
Through a process of self-discovery and sorting out my own internal struggles I finally let go! I let go of “becoming” and accepted my life for what it was. I realized I was holding on because I was afraid but eventually recognized that I had everything I needed right where I was. So I took a big risk and designed a life that aligned with my true purpose. Although it was difficult and my fear was always present I knew it was time to start living more BOLDLY and be true to myself!
So today, I am a mother and a business owner living a life that just feels right. And although this choice is not always easy it is the choice that allows me to be who I am and to live a more meaningful life. I am owner of Life Coaching Designs http://www.lifecoachingdesigns.com and a Compass Coach and Representative. I feel so fortunate to be a part of such a caring, supportive community such as Compass and looking forward to helping others recognize their potential and live their dreams!
