Already Trained as a Coach
If you have already received professional coach training, you may qualify to lead coaching groups on behalf of Compass.
All you need to do to get started is:
- Connect with your Compass Rep. If you are not currently connected to a Compass Rep, we’ll find one for you!
- Enroll as an Independent Compass Rep
- Apply to our Coach Certification Program from your new Compass BackOffice. You’ll receive an email to log in to your BackOffice after you have enrolled as a Rep.
- How to use the Compass Action System in Compass Coaching Groups
- Group Coaching Skills
- How to leverage the Compass Business System to build your business
- Must be an Active Compass Representative for at least one month
- Must have completed Compass Representative Certification Training available in your Rep BackOffice
- Must meet one of the above criteria of coach certification
- Must be a Compass Master Client
- Cost for registration in this program is $99.95 (due upon acceptance into program).

To be considered for the Compass Coach Certification program, you must have coach certification through ICF or IAC, or have graduated from an ICF-accredited or IAC licensed coach training program or completed a university-based coach training program. If you do not meet these requirements, Compass offers a Comprehensive Coach Training Program.
