Kim is an author, speaker, and accomplished professional coach. She has achieved national recognition in the fields of professional coaching, personal development, and workforce inclusion.

Named one of 2011’s Enterprising Women of the Year by Enterprising Women Magazine, Kim is a highly sought after speaker and media personality. She is a frequent guest in television and radio, and her expert advice has been featured in magazines such as Time, Fitness, Family Circle, and Seventeen. She is the author of Remodel Your Reality™; Seven Steps to Rebalance Your Life and Reclaim Your Passion, along with dozens of e-books and eCoaching programs.

An experienced entrepreneur and business leader, Kim’s professional history includes the co-founding of SkillsVillage, a contingent workforce software company which was acquired by PeopleSoft (now Oracle) in 2000. Prior to that, Kim was responsible for leading a Silicon Valley consulting firm.

Kim oversees all aspects of Compass’ strategy and operations, with a special focus on growing Compass’ brand and business around the world.

Becky is a highly respected veteran of the software industry; with more than 20 years of experience in product strategy, development, marketing, and branding. A celebrated speaker and author of numerous eCoaching programs, Becky’s first book will be released in 2012.

A seasoned professional, her experience includes senior marketing roles at Knowledge Infusion and PeopleSoft (now Oracle), along with her role as part of the founding team of SkillsVillage, a contingent workforce company which was acquired by PeopleSoft (now Oracle) in 2000.

In her role at Compass, Becky is responsible for all elements of product strategy, content development, and company branding.

A celebrated veteran of the professional coaching industry, recognized for her expertise in the areas of social capital and strategic alliances, Kim’s experience includes the founding of two coaching, consulting and training organizations; The Abundance Intelligence Institute™ and Leverage Dynamics. In addition Kim served as Marketing Director for The Coachville School of Coaching.

Kim’s Abundance Intelligence™ work forms the basis of Compass’ coaching methodology. As the Director of Coaching, she oversees all aspects of Compass’ coaching programs; including service delivery and The Compass School of Coaching.

A highly respected thought leader in the area of women’s empowerment and diversity, British is a celebrated international speaker and an experienced professional coach.

With more than 15 years of experience leading direct sales channels, British’ professional experience includes the establishment of several successful direct sales reseller organizations, the co-development of The Direct Selling Diversity Center in collaboration with The Direct Selling Women’s Alliance, and the founding of MLMBLackwoman.com.

In her role as National Sales Director, British is responsible for all aspects of Compass’ reseller program; including revenue, reseller relations, and training.

An experienced design specialist, Jason is responsible for all aspects of Compass engineering including; architecture, design, development, implementation and management.

Prior to joining Compass, Jason acted as the founder and principal design manager for Hosting For Coaching, a web design firm, and COO of Adjicent Technologies, an internet hosting and co-location service firm.

In her role at Compass, Colleen is responsible for all elements of General Administration; including accounting, governmental reporting, human resources, and contract, insurance and stock administration.

A seasoned financial executive, Colleen brings 10 years of financial experience to the Compass team. Her background includes organizational consulting and financial management for several organizations including county governments, non-profits, and multinational public corporations.

In her role at Compass, Sue is responsible for all elements of operations including; commissions management, information systems, fulfillment and customer service.

A veteran of the direct sales industry, Sue has held operational and commissions management positions in three direct selling firms over the last 10 years. Her expertise in commission theory and management has supported her in overseeing more than $1B of commissionable volume.
