Meet Our Advisors
Bryan Stolle
Bryan, a former entrepreneur, company founder and chief executive officer, brings significant company-building expertise to MDV and his portfolio companies. He focuses on and invests in people, ideas, and companies that are trying to solve important business problems using new technologies, business models, or processes.
Bryan co-founded MDV-backed Agile Software in March, 1995. He then served as Agile’s CEO and a member of the board of directors through April, 2006, and then as Chairman of the Board until Oracle acquired Agile in July, 2007.
Prior to founding Agile, Bryan served in various executive marketing roles at Sherpa Corporation, a developer of enterprise product data management software and Rexcom Systems, a software company Bryan co-founded. Bryan started his career at EDS.
Bryan holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the advisory boards of the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and is on the board of the San Jose Children's Discovery Museum.
Chris Wong
Chris is a proven and highly-regarded strategist in the enterprise software industry. Over the past 25 years, Chris has held a variety of senior management positions and helped chart and participate in the execution of some of the most successful technology companies in Silicon Valley. He has extensive M&A and business development experience; leveraging a vast network of business partners and resources.
Most recently, Chris has served as the CEO for PathConnect, a private new media company. Prior to PathConnect, he was the EVP and Chief Product Officer for Agile Software which was acquired by Oracle in July 2007. Previous to Agile, Chris was responsible for charting the strategic direction for product- and technology-related initiatives and activities at PeopleSoft as the Vice President of Products and Technology Strategy. Additionally, as the chairman, CEO, and Founder of SkillsVillage, Inc. he led a start-up company from its inception to acquisition by PeopleSoft in June 2001. He is active on a number of boards including Compass Life Designs, the Make The Difference Network, the Joint US-China Cooperation on Clean Energy (JUCCCE), Pet Central Media, SkiSpace.com, PixBlitz Studios, and Orb Media.
Steve Peck
Steve Peck has more than 23 years of demonstrated expertise in driving business transformation through enterprise technology implementations. Since April 2008, he has served as president and chief executive officer of Axon Americas, a leading dedicated SAP business transformation consultancy, where he was responsible for directing Axon’s growth in the Americas market.
He joined Axon from strategic enterprise platform provider SAP, where he was senior vice president and general manager, Ecosystem and Partner Group, for SAP Americas and Asia Pacific Japan. At SAP, Peck was responsible for developing and executing programs that leveraged its global partner ecosystem. His prior role at SAP was as president of SAP Public Services, Inc., based in Washington, D.C.
