Greetings,
I'm Yolanda McIntosh, CTM and Founder/President/CEO of McIntosh Mo2vations, a personal and spiritual development consulting practice. My practice is designed for the empowerment, encouragement and affirmation of women and teenage young women alike.
My ultimate goal is to motivate women and teenage girls to live the empowered life that we have been created for! A life where, through God, our very presence shifts the atmosphere! To leave a legacy of spiritual greatness for generations to come!
"It is my way of giving back to the mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunties, cousins, etc... who, although, most were not biologically related to me; yet loaned me a portion of their strength by encouraging and empowering me to be all that God has created me to be."
"It is now my turn to not only pay them back by living out what these women have taught me, but now it's time to pay it forward for generations to come!"
As a member of the Professional Woman Network, certified in addressing Women's Issues, I have co-authored the following 3 books:

As an online radio host of "Mo2vational Moments with Yolanda McIntosh", through WomensRadio.com, I have interviewed various women author's on a variety of topics. Some of my past guest include: Thelma Wells, former international conference speaker and author for the "Women of Faith" conference; Starla Porter of the Zoe Life Ministries; Joan Lewis, author of Chocolate Princess, as well as, Jodi Davis, author of The Promise of Potential.
As a consultant, I have had the privilege of creating and delivering the following workshops within the community:
- "Who Do YOU Say You Are?" Self-Esteem for Women
- "Leadership Skills for Women"
- "The Young Woman's Guide for Personal Success", a 4 week workshop series designed to empower teenage young women for a life of success!
As a 3 time Women's Ministries Leader, I had the assignment to inspire and minister to the various needs of the women within my local congregation.
As a Women's Ministries Area Leader, at the conference level, I had the assignment of overseeing the Women's Ministries Department's within both Minnesota and Wisconsin churches; making myself available for the spiritual growth and development of Women Ministry Leaders as they served their local congregations.
As a 2 time president of my local Toastmasters Club, under my leadership, we received the "Distinguished" club level designation from Toastmasters International, a level that had not been reached, in my local club, for over 10 years.
As a Toastmaster District Area Leader, I was responsible for the oversite of 4 local clubs in the State Capitol area; Offering and delivering club officer training 2 times a year; arranging and hosting various club contests, as well as making area visits to ensure and support the effort of growth for each club, it's members and officer's.
In 2008, As a Toastmasters International Contestant, I won 1st place at the Club, Area, and Division Level contest, while placing 2nd at the District Level, a level that had never been achieved in the over 25 years of my local club's existence.
After all of that, my sight is now set on serving YOU! It's YOUR time! It's YOUR Turn! It's YOUR Season!
My Motto is simply this: "Ladies, remember: YOU are a QUEEN! And YOU deserve to be treated as such - Here's to the QUEEN In YOU!"
