Jennifer’s greatest joys come from helping people successfully navigate transformation through the power of meaningful conversation. She provides accountability, support and structure for individuals, groups and teams ready for creative opportunities and action.
Since launching her company in 2006, she provides Earth friendly and accessible virtual events and products with affordable, focused learning packages designed to invoke success for your business, career, personal wellness and spirit.
In working with Coach Jenn, customers are supported unconditionally to explore, discover, creatively communicate and package their talents, gifts and expertise.

Joining Compass in 2008, Jennifer is a Certified Compass Coach, Founding Member of the Coach Council and a Trainer for the Compass Coach Training School launched in January, 2011. As member of the Leadership Council, she helped design the Compass School of Coaching program with a team of top industry coaches at Compass.
Currently an instructor for DePaul and Benedictine Universities teaching courses on career success skills, entrepreneurship, marketing and leadership strategies for effective organizations. Jennifer received her Master of Arts degree from DePaul University at the School for New Learning with a focus area on Coaching and Leading Groups to Design and Develop Programs, Products and Packages to Sell.
Her professional background includes working with a large network of executive leaders in corporate, government, not for profit and entrepreneurial start up organizations for over 25 years.
