My approach to coaching focuses on working with others to realize that they already have what they need to fully experience the lives they were born to live.
I am currently an Assistant Professor in the business school of a public college. I have 20 plus years of corporate experience as a training and development manager in world-class organizations such as: Kodak, Burger King, Ryder and BMW. I have coached all levels of employees in their career development, individual performance and team work.
I have a doctorate in Organizational Leadership and conduct training sessions that build a variety of personal effectiveness and leadership skills.
My forte is personal branding development, management consulting, emotional intelligence and leadership training, life empowerment, career transition, and dissertation support coaching.
