I have been a lifelong student of building wealth and value. In my earliest years, I defined my profession as being a "development specialist." I worked in economic development, and then small business development, then finally personal and organization development.

What I've come to understand, is that it has always been about supporting others in building wealth and value in their lives that has completely energized my own life. It's what I love. There is nothing more satisfying to me than to help someone expand their reach - in their life, their relationships, their spiritual insight and liberation, in their business venture, in the way that their organization energizes their employees or satisfies their customers.
