Coaching - I have had wonderful life coaches. I married young. Divorced after having two awesome children. Hit bottom more than once with the struggles of raising 2 boys on my own. Allowed myself to not only make it but grow by several means: mental health counselors, spiritual advisors, numerous self improvement books. My circle of sage women was small.
